Hi there!
I’m Rosie Becker, Lead Coach and Founder of Inspirea. I come with a wealth of experience in leadership having been a people leader for many years in various Head of, Manager and Director roles and I am truly passionate about developing great leaders.
A while ago I wrote my first ‘What’s my passion?’ statement (something you would do in our programme) and this is what I wrote,

I realised that setting up a business, meeting new inspiring people and helping people to grow was my passion and who better to build collaboration and understanding than leaders?
Leaders change their working worlds but their skills also support their families and friends, which means inevitably Leaders Change the World, for better or for worse… If we want a great world, well then, we need great leaders. We need you!
I started Inspirea in early 2024 as a passionate coach embarking on my next digital nomad journey. Shortly after starting this journey, I started my Mind Over Matter events group and then my podcast to help me extend my reach. What fun it has been! Sometimes we can feel afraid to do our passion projects but as a coach, I know how to coach myself… so well, no excuses. I have to lead by my example and take action. What passion projects would you like to start?
Our Mission
To empower Emerging Leaders with the skills, confidence and resilience they need to thrive in their roles so that they become credible and competent leaders. After all, our world would be a better place if we had more understanding, better collaboration, communication and even coordination… (just look at the press) and that’s just what great leaders bring to the table!

What is an Emerging Leader?
Well, if you match these statements it’s you!
Emerging:
Newly forming or just coming into prominence
Leader
A leader provides Leadership and Leadership is the act of instructing and governing a person, group of people or organisation to an end goal.
So ask yourself,
Are you coordinating/governing anyone to an end goal in your work?
Could you improve your leadership skills or understanding of what great leadership looks like?
Well, then you are the emerging leader!
A more detailed answer
An emerging leader is a person who:
Has direct reports but is not yet confident in their leadership or has not been trained
Does not have direct reports (for example, a team lead or lead role) but is not yet confident in their leadership skills
Examples of roles:
Manager with low confidence or newly entering the role
Team Lead with little real-world training or experience in leadership
Lead Role (e.g., Lead Developer) / Senior Role (e.g., Snr Project Manager) without direct reports but required to coordinate others to an outcome
Individual Contributor with no direct reports who has management responsibility such as mentoring others or perhaps fills in for the Team Lead when they are on holiday.

From our research, most training programmes offer coaching as an add-on with minimal time for it OR most coaches don’t formally offer training.

We work with you through tests and discussion to decide what is best for you and we help you to decide through the lens of our experience. Whereas many training and coaching programmes are fixed.
We’ve got proof
Have you noticed how many sources do not tell you how they were viewed as leaders? Well, we think you need to know that! So we offer our team or boss’ feedback so you can see how we were received by them. That way you know you are learning from good leadership.

We are competitively priced not just against the market but also against a benchmarked salary assessment we did for your roles. The world economy is turbulent because of turbulent times which means the world needs great leaders… we therefore need you to find training and courses that are accessible.
