What is the most senior role you have held?
I was a Director of a product team of 40+ people (including 3 team leads), managing immense competition from an external party and multiple strategic shifts. So lots of room to practice my leadership skills!
I was also a Global Transformation Programme Manager with management responsibility of a small but mighty team of 3. This role might look smaller at first glace but I was responsible for the full end-to-end relaunch of internal technology systems for a group company of 400+ employees, including process transformation and financial budget management.
Who do you work with?
My experience is in the technology industry so I support new people leaders who work in the tech industry.
